When selecting steel scaffold boards, you need to consider the usage scenario, load-bearing requirements, budget, and safety standards.

1.2mm Thick
Applicable: Short-term temporary projects, low-level simple passages, small load light work
Load Capacity: About 200–250kg (evenly distributed)
Advantages: Lowest price, lightweight
Disadvantages: Easily deformed, short lifespan (can be reused 3–5 times)
Use with Caution: Heavy loads, frequent use, or long-term projects

1.5mm Thick (Mainstream Recommendation)
Applicable: Standard building construction, renovations, municipal projects, general scaffolding
Load Capacity: 300–350kg
Advantages: High cost performance, good deformation resistance, lifespan of 8–10 uses
Suitable for: The first choice for most engineering projects

2.0mm Thick
Applicable: Bridges, shipyards, high formwork, large infrastructure, multi-layer heavy-duty work
Load Capacity: 400–500kg+
Advantages: Extremely strong impact resistance, lifespan over 15 uses
Selection Advice: Avoid choosing 1.2mm for heavy loads just to save money, and do not blindly use 2.0mm for simple projects. 1.5mm is the best choice to balance safety and cost.
