Jiangsu JiaSidun Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd (formerly Taixing Gaston Machinery Equipment Factory), established in 2002, has a registered capital of 53 million RMB. The company covers an area of 15,800 square meters and has an annual output value of 80 million RMB. It currently employs 120 people, including 28 engineering and technical personnel, among whom are 6 senior engineers and 15 intermediate engineers. The company boasts strong technical capabilities and maintains long-term technological cooperation with research institutions such as Harbin Institute of Technology, Tongji University, and the China Academy of Building Research. It is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in air conditioning and purification equipment. The company's main products include: modular air conditioners, air conditioning and purification equipment, fresh air ventilation units, fan coil units, various types of dust collectors and fans, roof ventilators, electric louver series, steel scaffolding, and metal components; and it has obtained the authorized dealership rights for Midea air conditioners. The company strictly adheres to ISO9001 quality system and ISO1004 environmental system certifications, and has designed and developed numerous star products that are well-suited to domestic and international markets, exporting to Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.

Our Factory
The factory is located at No. 8, Yanjiang Road, Hongqiao Town, Taixing City. It is equipped with more than 40 sets of advanced domestic and international production equipment, including CNC bending machines, sheet metal processing centers, punching machines, drilling machines, and air plasma cutting machines, as well as 14 types of professional testing equipment such as thickness gauges and zinc testers. It can perform testing of various indicators such as wind speed, pressure, and material thickness. The annual production capacity can meet the large-scale production of products such as steel scaffolding planks and air conditioning and purification equipment.

Steel scaffolding planks are widely used in shipbuilding, nuclear power, construction, and power generation industries. The company is equipped with a wide range of production equipment, covering machining, forming and cutting, welding, and auxiliary equipment: Machining equipment includes 3 CD6140A lathes, 10 Z4116 drilling machines, 3 four-column hydraulic presses, and 1 Z3T-R4 threading machine; forming and cutting equipment includes 2 Italian-made WC67K CNC bending machines, 1 Dutch-made WB6TY bending machine, 1 KDG plasma cutting machine, and 1 JC23 stamping machine; welding equipment includes 2 American-made TIG welding machines, 26 BX welding machines, 2 spot welding machines, as well as 1 robotic welding machine, 1 laser welding machine, and 3 additional welding machines; The company also has auxiliary equipment such as winding machines, electric pressure testing pumps, and air compressors, as well as 1 Italian-made EUROMAC sheet metal processing center. The equipment configuration balances basic processing capabilities with high-end imported models, supporting a variety of production needs.
