A High-Strength Platform for Heavy-Duty Work Environments

This high-strength perforated metal plank is specifically engineered for such demanding environments. By utilizing thicker base materials and a reinforced structural design, the load-bearing capacity is significantly increased, providing a safe and stable working platform for heavy-duty operations.

Thicker Q235 Steel with Enhanced Corrosion Protection

 

For this product, we use thicker Q235 low-carbon steel sheets compared to standard models, with thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.1 mm to ensure consistent load performance.

In addition, the hot-dip galvanizing process is upgraded with a thicker zinc coating to improve durability under harsh working conditions. Even under continuous wear and friction, the protective layer remains effective, significantly extending the service life of the plank.

High Load-Bearing Capacity with Reinforced Structural Design

 

First, the plank offers superior load-bearing capacity. I-shaped reinforcements and multiple support ribs are integrated into the underside, forming a dense structural support system.

In testing, a 3-meter plank safely supports over 500 kg under evenly distributed load conditions-substantially exceeding the typical 300 kg capacity of standard planks. This allows multiple workers and heavy equipment to be supported simultaneously.

Second, the structure is highly resistant to deformation. Reinforced side box sections help prevent dents and bending caused by impact or heavy loads. All critical load-bearing points are fully welded to ensure structural integrity.

For hook-type configurations, the connection between the hook and the plank is subject to strict welding quality control and strength testing, ensuring reliable performance even under maximum load conditions.
