Q235 Low-Carbon Steel with Full Hot-Dip Galvanizing

 

We use Q235 low-carbon steel sheets as the base material for our scaffolding planks. This material complies with national structural steel standards for strength and durability.

Our production process includes surface pickling followed by hot-dip galvanizing, forming a dense and uniform zinc coating. Our anti-corrosion treatment complies with the GB/T 13912-2002 standard. The finished surface features a clean silver-white appearance and, more importantly, delivers long-lasting performance under outdoor exposure. Compared to traditional wood planks, its service life is significantly extended.

Reinforced Anti-Bending Structure with High-Grip Surface

 

First, the internal structure enhances bending resistance. I-shaped reinforcements are used as the main structural support, working together with side box sections to distribute loads evenly. Even under heavy loads, such as stacked cement bags, the plank maintains a flat and stable surface.

On the underside, additional support ribs are arranged in a staggered configuration, increasing overall strength by approximately 30% compared to conventional designs. This makes the plank especially suitable for high-load, elevated work environments.

Second, the surface is designed for slip resistance. A diamond-shaped perforation pattern is applied, with oval holes measuring 12 × 18 mm and raised edges of 1.5 mm. This structure significantly improves traction and reduces the risk of slipping, even in wet conditions.

The side edges are formed with a 30-degree slope to improve drainage efficiency, preventing water accumulation and reducing the risk of corrosion. This ensures safe operation in rainy or snowy environments without puddle formation.
