Steel Walk Boards

We use high-quality low-carbon steel sheets as the base material for our walk boards. This material is durable and compliant with structural steel standards. Since marine environments require strong corrosion resistance, we apply a hot-dip galvanizing process.

Our anti-corrosion treatment complies with China's GB/T 13912-2002 standard, which is equivalent to the international ISO 1461 standard. Hot-dip galvanizing forms a zinc-iron alloy layer on the steel surface, effectively resisting seawater and salt air corrosion. It also enhances the board's resistance to pressure and wear. For higher requirements, a thicker zinc coating can be provided upon request.

The core strength of our steel walk boards lies in their internal structure. We incorporate specially designed side box sections with I-shaped reinforcements, which work together to significantly improve load-bearing capacity. Even under heavy foot traffic or stacked materials, the board surface remains flat and stable.

Square support ribs are installed beneath the board to distribute weight evenly and ensure stable support. On the surface, we design functional perforations to reduce weight and improve handling. More importantly, the edges of these holes are raised to form anti-slip teeth, providing excellent grip even on wet surfaces.

The board features a smooth profile with an efficient drainage design. In rainy or wet conditions, water drains quickly, preventing puddle formation and ensuring safer working conditions.
