Stainless Steel Plank

The main structure of the mobile plank is manufactured from Q235 low-carbon steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish, ensuring strength and long-term durability.

The wheel mounting areas are specially reinforced to withstand dynamic loads during movement. Standardized mounting holes are provided to ensure compatibility with commonly available scaffold caster wheels. While the wheels are supplied separately, the plank structure is engineered to maintain stability during operation.

First, the platform offers excellent mobility. When equipped with swivel caster wheels, a single worker can easily reposition the entire scaffold without the need for dismantling and reassembly, significantly improving workflow efficiency. This is especially beneficial for large indoor projects such as ceiling installation or pipeline work.

Second, the platform ensures stable positioning. Once moved into place, the caster brakes can be engaged to secure the structure firmly, providing a stable working surface.

The plank surface is equipped with anti-slip perforations to maintain grip, even when used on mobile platforms. Its flat profile ensures a secure fit on scaffold supports, minimizing vibration during movement. Smooth side edges help prevent snagging in confined or complex working environments.
