The deflection is still controlled within the safe range under large-span erection, and the passage and placement of operators and small equipment are stable and reliable.

The product adopts high-precision cold bending integral forming process, with strict dimensional tolerance control. After multiple plates are spliced side by side, the joints are tight and the plate surface is flat without obvious height difference and gaps, and there will be no potential safety hazards such as shoe jamming and tripping.

The surface of this Scaffold Deck Board is treated with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, with uniform and bright coating, which has both good rust resistance and neat appearance effect, suitable for both indoor fine decoration operations and outdoor open-air construction. Both ends of the product are equipped with self-locking snap hooks, which can be firmly fixed on the scaffolding crossbar after installation, not easy to shift and warp, and can maintain overall stability during long-term full-paving operations.

Our factory is located at No. 8 Yanjiang Road, Hongqiao Town, Taixing City, Jiangsu Province. It is a professional steel plank manufacturing factory integrating R&D, production and testing, providing solid guarantee for the quality and delivery of Scaffold Deck Board.

Covering a plant area of 15,800 square meters, we have standardized production workshops and automated production lines. For the export transportation and long-distance distribution needs of scaffolding deck boards, we have formulated a complete packaging and transportation scheme. For conventional export orders, high-strength packing belts are used for bundling, and each bundle is stacked quantitatively according to the product length. Protective spacers are installed between layers to avoid mutual bumping of plates during transportation and protect the galvanized layer and plate surface flatness.

For long-distance sea transportation or orders with high appearance requirements, fumigated wooden pallet reinforced packaging can be customized according to customer requirements, and the outer layer is wrapped with waterproof protective film to adapt to the humid environment of sea transportation.

All products undergo 100% full appearance inspection before packaging, and are packaged only after confirming that the products are intact and the specifications and quantities are correct. We maintain long-term cooperation with multiple professional international logistics service providers, and can assist customers in arranging full-process logistics services such as inland transportation, export customs declaration and sea freight booking. All transportation orders are equipped with full transportation insurance.
