Q235 Steel Formed into a Single, Reinforced Unit
The plank is manufactured from Q235 low-carbon steel, meeting national building steel standards. Galvanized steel coil is roll-formed, and two sheets are joined using CO₂ welding to create a unified, robust structure. Welds are continuous and strong, eliminating weak points.
Hot-dip galvanizing conforms to GB/T 13912-2002 (ISO 1461), with customizable zinc thickness to meet site requirements. The double-layer construction ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance.
High Load Capacity with Excellent Bend Resistance
The double-layer design significantly increases load-bearing capacity. Side boxes and I-shaped supports further reinforce the plank, allowing a single unit to support over 500 kg of evenly distributed weight. This makes it ideal for heavy equipment or multiple personnel simultaneously.
Standard lengths range from 1000 mm to 4000 mm, with widths of 225, 240, 250, or 300 mm and heights of 38, 45, 50, or 65 mm. Custom sizes up to 6000 mm are available to accommodate long-span applications and specialized project requirements.
