This plank adopts thickened high-quality carbon structural steel as the base material, with densely arranged reinforcing ribs at the bottom to optimize the stress distribution structure, greatly improving the local concentrated load capacity. It can withstand the stacked placement of building materials, tools and small construction equipment, and avoid the problem of depression and bending of ordinary planks under concentrated stress. The plate surface adopts a flat reinforced design, so that materials are stacked stably and not easy to tilt and slide. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion, which is suitable for outdoor open-air material stacking on construction sites, and is not easy to rust after long-term turnover. Load-bearing steel scaffold planks effectively solve the pain point of insufficient stacking capacity of ordinary scaffold planks, so that the scaffold platform has both passage and temporary material stacking functions.

 

In terms of structural optimization, load-bearing steel scaffold planks adopt a composite structure of "plate surface + multiple longitudinal reinforcing ribs + transverse tie bars", which disperses the concentrated load to the whole frame evenly and avoids plate deformation caused by local stress concentration. The edges adopt thickened flanging technology to improve impact resistance, and collisions during hoisting and handling are not easy to cause damage. Anti-slip patterns or retaining edges can be added to the plate surface as required to prevent materials from rolling off. Quality Control

 

We take load-bearing performance as the core quality inspection index of this product and have established strict verification standards. Each batch of products is sampled for both concentrated load and uniform load tests. After loading to 1.2 times the rated load, the deformation is detected to ensure that it meets the safety factor requirements. During production, plate thickness, reinforcing rib welding quality and arrangement spacing are strictly controlled to eliminate jerry-building and false or missing welds. Before finished products leave the factory, 100% appearance full inspection is implemented to check problems such as deformation, weld defects and coating flaws, and each qualified product is accompanied by a certificate of conformity. We support customers' whole-process supervision and third-party inspection to ensure that each delivered plank meets the agreed load-bearing standards and ensures construction and material stacking safety.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

For conventional standard load-bearing plank orders, the settlement method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment is implemented. Production is scheduled after the advance payment is received, and the balance is settled before delivery. If you need to customize special load-bearing grades, non-standard sizes or special structures, the payment terms of 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment shall be implemented. We support settlement in multiple currencies such as RMB and US dollars, and can provide corresponding commercial documents. Bulk purchase can enjoy tiered discounts. The larger the purchase volume, the higher the discount. For long-term cooperative engineering customers and traders, more flexible payment plans can be negotiated. Reorder orders are prioritized for production with shorter delivery cycles.
