Q235 Steel with Double Galvanizing Protection

 

We use high-quality Q235 carbon steel, with thickness tightly controlled within ±0.1 mm, providing high load capacity from the outset. Each plank undergoes a two-step galvanizing process: first acid cleaning to remove all rust, then hot-dip galvanizing to form a uniform, thick zinc-iron layer. This ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance, even in harsh environments.

Beam Construction with Superior Bend Resistance

 

The plank features a one-piece I-beam design, which distributes weight efficiently and prevents bending under heavy loads. Additional bottom ribs are arranged in a staggered pattern, providing 30% more support than standard planks.

The top surface includes diamond-shaped grip holes, which maximize shoe contact and achieve a grip coefficient of 0.7, preventing slips even when wet. Edges are sloped at 30° to ensure rapid water drainage, eliminating puddles in rain or snow.

The ends feature snap-fit joints that connect planks seamlessly, ensuring smooth walking surfaces. CO2 welding combined with the no-gap joint provides end strength equal to the main board, maintaining stability over time. These planks are suitable for scaffolds, mold supports, high platforms, and even acidic environments.
