Developed for the needs of narrow space construction and local maintenance, our 2m galvanized steel scaffold planks are a general-purpose model in short size specifications, focusing on lightness, flexibility, easy handling and erection, and are an ideal choice for small projects and supplementary construction. This 2-meter specification steel plank has moderate self-weight, and can be easily carried and installed by a single person without the cooperation of large hoisting equipment. It is especially suitable for scenarios where large planks are difficult to use, such as interior decoration, local floor maintenance and small-scale curtain wall maintenance. The product adopts high-quality Q235 carbon structural steel as the base material and is processed by integrated cold roll forming technology. The surface is treated with full-immersion hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion, with uniform and dense zinc layer. Even when used alternately in indoor humid environment and outdoor open-air environment, it is not prone to rust. As a direct factory, our 2m galvanized steel scaffold planks implement the same quality inspection standards as long-size products, and small specifications also have reliable structural strength and safety performance.

In practical application, 2m galvanized steel scaffold planks are often used as supporting supplements for standard long planks to fill the laying gaps in corners, ends and special-shaped areas, avoiding material waste caused by cutting long-size planks. The plate edges adopt double-layer flanging reinforcement technology to improve collision resistance, and are not prone to edge curling and deformation even after frequent handling and turnover. The plate surface has basic anti-slip texture to ensure the walking safety of construction personnel; full-length reinforcing ribs are set at the bottom of the plate to optimize the load-bearing performance under short span, and there is no obvious deformation under normal construction load. We support mixed procurement with other length specifications in the same order. Customers can flexibly match according to project needs, which not only meets the long plank laying of main passages, but also takes into account the supplementary needs of corner areas. With the characteristics of flexibility and practicality, this short-size springboard has become a regular stock category for overseas small and medium-sized builders and decoration companies.

They can also be used for temporary platform construction of small exhibitions and events.

We implement the same full-process quality inspection standards for short-size springboards as standard long planks, and will not reduce quality requirements due to reduced specifications. When raw materials enter the factory, material certificates and plate thickness are verified to ensure that the base materials meet the standards; during the forming process, length, width and bending angle are inspected piece by piece to ensure unified dimensional accuracy; after galvanizing, the uniformity and adhesion of the zinc layer are inspected to eliminate defects such as missing plating and peeling. Before finished products leave the factory, 100% appearance full inspection is implemented, each qualified product is accompanied by an exclusive certificate of conformity, and each batch of products is sampled for load tests to verify that the load-bearing performance meets the standard. We support customers to entrust third-party institutions for arrival inspection and fully cooperate with the testing process to ensure stable and reliable delivery quality.

For 2-meter short-size planks, we have optimized the packaging and container loading scheme to maximize the use of container space. Conventionally, high-strength packing straps are used for bundled packaging, with unified quantity per bundle for easy counting and loading/unloading; wooden pallet packaging can also be customized according to customer needs to adapt to mechanized loading and unloading and long-distance sea transportation. Short-size products have flexible container loading and can fill the gaps left by long-size products, improving the full container loading rate and reducing customers' unit transportation cost. We support multiple trade terms such as EXW, FOB and DDP, and can cooperate with the customer-specified freight forwarder to connect with container loading. All export orders are uniformly insured with cargo insurance, and product damage caused during transportation shall be compensated by the carrier.
